Too many are focused on the bally hoo of what ACA is supposed to do.

They have no concept of the impact on costs, infra structure, facilities, services.

As the millions are added at low or no cost and the insurance companies have to start paying out more to serve them they will be raising rates that will make what we have seen thus far look small.

For the average person who is satisfied with today's benefits they will have to continue to pay higher premiums or add supplemental coverages to keep the level they are accustomed to having.

More doctors will be dropping out and going to private practices outside the mass insurance circle......premium for coverage to be paid.

And so on. Is there no recognition of the cost and other impacts of dumping millions more on an already taxed system?

If you don't like waiting your turn in the office today....or waiting three months or more for an appointment......or get turned down for a procedure because you are too old.....just remember it is the best it will ever be right now and continue to worsen.
