Went by an accident at the Savannah Circle yesterday (March 24) where it looked like the cause was one vehicle's failure to yield coming into the circle. Both cars were parked right inside the traffic circle while the drivers exchanged insurance information. These two cars parked in the circle sure presented a problem for others coming into it with respect to also not getting in an accident.

These cars should have driven up on the grass IMHO as to avoid other vehicles getting in accidents by their parking in the middle of the circle.
