Sadly, the old adage definitely applies: "You can always tell a Villager. You just can't tell them much." Months ago, Golfnut posted a link to an outstanding video on roundabouts: http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/eesc/CAE/des.../mpg_index.htm

For a few months there was much conversation about this topic with most agreeing that local laws were at best confusing and overlapping. The sad part, though, were those who insisted that they didn't care what the "rules" were, they were just going to stay in the right lane, the only sensible, safe, sane, and always legal procedure. :yikes: They could stay in the right lane all the way around a circle and pretty much to hell with anyone who didn't agree. :yikes:
