Try K and C Cleaners in Southern Trace shopping center. I'm about 95% sure they have a sign in the window saying that they do alterations. Their number is 352-633-2688. If not check other dry cleaners. A lot of them do alterations. Good luck.
There are also two listings in The Villages phone book that are under "Alterations-Clothing " that might be able to help you.
