The CBS Evening News will be airing a piece at 6:20 p.m. today on golf cart accidents in The Villages.

The piece will include information on accidents, including the two fatal accidents in The Villages this year.

The first on Jan. 14 claimed the life of Francis “Buck” Hughes.

The second fatal accident occurred on Oct. 20. Villager Donald Browne died of injuries suffered in the crash. His wife, Dottie, was also seriously injured.
