wiw, I love it. so true. Things have gotten so much more complicated in life.....
I have another gripe too, especially cause its happening to me today....
Remember when?, you could sit down at a typewriter and pound out a letter without having to "download" a word document first. This morning I've wasted about 1 hour just trying to type a letter to my cable company telling them that they have the wrong information on my account. They even admit it on the phone but need a faxed letter from me to confirm it???? Talk about complicating things? But at least I was able to talk to a "real" person but it took about 30 min to get her? Its getting crazy out there!
