It's an accident! Certainly "fault" can be assesed after all the facts are known. However, they sure aren't known from what I have read. Regardless of fault the driver of the car probably feels terrible.

Let's leave it as an unfortunate situation and quit trying to place blame based upon knowing nothing about what happened.

But not knowing what happened usually doesn't stop some from posting opinions!!!! Just read some of the threads.... ;D

DRD - I haven't done it yet (my knees don't bend so well) but I can tell you I'd much prefer taking a bike on the road near the Lake Miona center than risk going thru the tunnel on a bike. Those blind corners and the prospect of an unsuspecting golf cart coming round one is enough to scare the :edit: out of me.
