As an aside, and don't take this the wrong way, it appears from the video he would have been more likely to have a shoulder sprain from the way he was spun around, yet he was holding his forearm, which was struck by the vehicle but at a pretty low speed. I hope there wasn't any acting going on, it would only diminish the incident that was clearly the other driver's idiocy.

Interesting. I see a man block a car with his car, then the man gets out of his car and approaches the driver of the other car, then the man in the car tries to leave by turning to go around the man's car, and the man steps in front of him. Amazing how two people looking at the same video can see two entirely different things.
