Purchased a Gardenia in 2005. I liked the cement block construction, the open living area, the layout of the bedrooms, and the entryway. Number of square feet wasn't a priority, although I did want something 1500 or above. Price was also a factor. The Williamsburg is a Premier version of the Gardenia (same design, just MUCH larger) and that was too much money.
