regarding the omission but also noticed there not listed on some of the others.
Russ, the 2 - 3 for the appliances seems right. Adding in the bond and any other 'missing' things, i.e. landscaping, window treatments, etc. the resales are looking more attractive all of the time.
I'm also looking at later in the year to finalize a decision. Any other comments are appreciated!
