I told him each time we spoke that I was taping him so I could refer back to the conversation if needed. About an hour and a half total. The bill was $2350. I may need these tapes to prove the time we spoke & the time he worked for me off the phone, total 4 hours, $1200 no problem. I got billed for almost 8 hours. No good deed goes unpunished. Gimme our lifetime guy back please lord. Overall lawyers have treated my entire family well, I'm not gonna let this situation put a chip on my shoulder, I'm not gonna pay him either so we'll see. $1200 that's it.

While on lawyer's please explain to me why I would close on a house in The Villages and not be represented by a lawyer. This is a real mystery to us. Please don't say people in Florida are nicer than people in the north. Thank's for the help in advance.
