Just spoke to a few wives at the games and they just confirmed what I've always thought. They also mentioned when exercising in rec center and if hot they have asked to have ac lowered and were told they were not allowed. I was told this at LaHacienda before also with boomer dances, NY dances etc. These type of clubs bring in hundreds of people , many times dressed up, dancing, etc and I don't believe that room has fans either. Of course I'm speaking about large numbers of residents attending dances etc (not the same as playing cards, sitting, etc where sometimes it can be chilly. That's another story and we can wear sweaters etc. But for hundreds of villagers dancing in one room we should be comfortable enough to enjoy the dance. That's all I'm saying. Since Fla is a hot and humid state, I feel when residents complain they are hot all employees should be able to lower the thermostat for a few hours while the dance is taking place. That seems reasonable
