I suggest you call District property management and ask if they are aware of the issue you keep posting about. Your relating that you have talked to others who were to hot at the rec center......means nothing. Doesn't answer what the cause is or what is being done for a fix. Since you have experienced a problem and are concerned and seem to be quite worried, call and find out.
