I like
natural-casing, beef franks. Occasionally, I find Publix's own brand and they're pretty good. Sometimes, Publix will have Sabrett's. You can get 3-pound packages of Sabrett's in the Brooksville Sam's Club. Boar's Head are good. Nathan's are near the top. In this day and age, you can get just about anything you want online, for a price.
There's a New Jersey guy, John Fox, who knows just about everything there is to know about hot dogs. If you're so inclined, you can read all about hot dogs on RoadFood.com.
