As always, my recommendation is to check The Villages Gourmet Club Search Page (Section 4a) for "Open Thanksgiving Day". It'll list every restaurant that's open that day and if you need a reservation for it. Plus the members rate each restaurant, so you can compare them. My vote is Legacy at Nancy Lopez CC.
