If she was to get elected, she can't repeal it. She can sign a law, passed by both houses of Congress, to repeal it but she herself can't do it unilaterally. This is a point most people miss when they listen to candidates: they can say anything they want but without a law being passed by Congress they can't do much, the executive order overreach by the current administration notwithstanding.
