Thank you for the clarification, I was assuming (stupid me) that it was a left turn accident. I make right turns on red at that intersection all the time, and I STOP look left and ahead to make sure that no one is coming, double check to the right, then center and left and make my turn. There are a lot of people that just cruise right through the RED light while making a right turn.
