DOES however point out the cultural differences. The surveys noted in your link show usage is almost the same between races except for cocaine, BUT what is significant is WHERE this drug use takes place.
For the most part, whites are doing this activity in private and blacks are doing it in public.
THAT is what stood out to me.
It is not racism if you get caught breaking the law and are sentenced according to the law. I do not defend racism of any kind but it is this kind of mindset that gives a false impression.
The problem is cultural and economic and not race. Because of these "studies" races become generalized and thus what we call racism.
