Succinctly put! This is no different that the early days of the system when it was by invitation only and then restricted to certain neighborhoods. Then as doctors and clinics were added to the system, membership was increased.
We have TriCare for life...my spouse is in The Villages system, I am not. My nose it not bent out of shape.
