If you are up around 466, you have most of the shopping and some restaurants and pet food store, and the Lifelong Learning College right at your fingertips, plus the best dog park around, plus being that much closer to the big box stores on Hwy 441. You will also be able to find gas heat and cooking. The landscaping, both of your house and your environment, will be mature, unless you're in the newer premier section up there.

There won't be any new housing, though.
