The answer is "it depends": we live 5 minutes from Spanish Springs and 10 minutes from Sumter Landing (by golf cart). I work out at MVP 3 days a week, our doctors are within 5 minutes via golf cart and we eat out every night so our location is perfect for us. While we prefer The Landing to The Springs we are still close enough that it has never been a problem.

We are in our first home and it will be our last. We had built two homes in the mid-west so we knew the size and amenities that were important to us, including being on a golf course which we felt lucky to have found in our "quick" purchase. We were fortunate that the very day we decided to buy (before we sold) the first home we found on the internet was the home we purchased. While we *completely* redid it we are beyond delighted with our "new" home.

As you will probably find, nearly everyone loves their location and think it's the best that it could be.

Enjoy your analysis, reviewing and searches for your new home and best of luck.

TV is even more than what we expected that it would be. I'm betting that you'll find it to be the same with you.
