Avoid him. It has been twice as long as he promised and he is still not done.
He is good at selling his services and at collecting draws, but terrible at finishing his work and does not tell the truth. He will promise you anything to shut you up, then do nothing.
Does anyone know if there is an agency that I can complain to in order to force him to finish the work?
