The kid is likely fresh out of college and this was his first job. I'm sure The Villages paid him $12/hour and he was staying with his grandparents to save a couple of pennies. He is creative and has a passion...I think The Villages could have harnessed that passion and used it to their benefit. Perhaps Villagers could hire him to take & edit videos of their activities - clubs, meetings, fund raisers, or celebrations and post them on the web. He has a passion and he is not out in the streets getting arrested! Support him! Let's get behind him! All of us have made mistakes, I'm sure he has learned from his.
