No doubt golf carts not stopping at stop signs is prevalent all over The Villages. The church is 100% correct in being pro-active in this situation. Hopefully, this will avoid a serious accident. Golf cart vs. car---no contest. The driver of a car that injuries a person in a golf cart (though not their fault) suffers emotional stress too.
