Default Are the rules strictly enforced?
Since The Villages has very dense housing, I assume there are rules to make sure homeowners behave responsibly. Are these rules enforced?

For example, I assume there are leash laws for pets and there are laws against homeowners creating too much noise, such as having outside music that can be heard inside a neighbors home.

Are there any similar laws that come to mind?
