That is absolutely horrible!!

Here in Fairfax County VA, leash laws are taken very seriously and strictly enforced. We never see an unleashed dog. Almost everyone cleans up what their dogs leave behind.

Our daughter and her husband had a neighbor whose dog crapped in their yard, so they complained to the police and the police warned the neighbor to stop doing it. They stopped.

What do you plan to do make sure your inconsiderate neighbor stops using your yard as a dog bathroom?
