Russ, the 2 - 3 for the appliances seems right. Adding in the bond and any other 'missing' things, i.e. landscaping, window treatments, etc. the resales are looking more attractive all of the time.
I'm also looking at later in the year to finalize a decision. Any other comments are appreciated! |
From what I understand, this BOND issue is something I don't quite understand. All the NEW homes being sold by the developer have a bond to be paid............but if I buy that same model of home in an older area of TV I could save mega bucks by purchasing a house with the bond fully paid? Or would a homeowner sell a home the bond paid and add the cost of that bond onto their purcahse price?
