Has Rafael Cruz, Jr. made his birth certificate, immigration papers, and his mother's birth certificate availabe for Donald Trump and his team ( assuming they ever returned from Hawaii) for verification?

Doesn't it seem strange that a Canadian - an anchor baby at that - could be a candidate for President of the USA?
