Don't have to be over 55 to buy, 80% are supposed to over 55 to reside and I think that does apply to resales inside the dome.. As far as Tradewinds, the commercial properties will love it. The squares, the restaurants (including Country Clubs) the bars and and the Sharon and Savannah Center might sell out faster but the other amenities shouldn't see much of an impact. What's another couple thousand folks going to matter in the scheme of things.
