Default Dunkirk - Accident waiting to happen
Last night, driving home from work, coming up to Dunkirk off O'Dell where the large Christmas light display is. A golf cart pulled right in front of me and then stopped in my lane because he had to wait for another golf cart coming from the opposite direction. Thankfully I was going slow enough to stop in time. Everyone needs to be more careful out there.
