Regarding the "Heroes at Home Act of 2006" that you are gushing about, yes she wrote and introduced it and can rightly take full credit for it. Unfortunately it was so badly written and flawed that no other senator would co-sponsor it. It was duly read on the floor and then referred to committee where it died.
Of the 409 pieces of legislation she can rightly take credit for, only 3 made it to the Presidents desk. They are:
1. A bill to designate a portion of United States Route 20A, located in Orchard Park, New York, as the "Timothy J. Russert Highway"
2. A bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2951 New York Highway 43 in Averill Park, New York, as the "Major George Quamo Post Office Building".
3. Kate Mullany National Historic Site Act
She has perfected this modus operandi where she waddles around, speaking in high sounding platitudes that make people feel good but never actually does or accomplishes anything while at the same time expanding the coffers of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation.
