Rahm Emanuel's resume is that he was an executive secretary to a community organizer that was elected president soley because he was an minority that has a unique ability to deliver moving speeches (via teleprompters) that others crafted for him. Emanuel was elected Mayor in Obama Chicago, not on his accomplishments but because he was Barry's buddy. This is politics today. It is who you know and how may "voters" you can get to drink your special concocted spin cocktail. It has very little to do with the intelligence of the politician (both parties are in this sinking boat). Certainly political experience is not getting the job done.
