Agree. Our golf cart garage is now my husband's model train workshop. The train layout is in our den, but the dirty work gets done in the garage. We have two cars, a sedan and a station wagon, and it is a tight fit getting in and out of either car without dinging the other car.
I am glad we got the golf cart garage. Now that I'm taking up golf, my only problem is kicking hubby out of the golf cart area so I can get a golf cart
