The abortions were all done legally in clean and sanitary clinics. Before Roe v Wade, the abortions were very often done in motel rooms or other unsanitary places which often mutilated the mothers.
On the financial side, not the humanitarian side, would you Conservatives be willing to adopt all 55 million children? What would become of those unwanted children?
