It would be absolutely fantastic if all pet owners would do this and while they are at it, have them chipped. However, we do suspect that there are some pet owners that are "a few straws short of a bale" that probably think losing their pet will never happen to them or they don't care. I am a
lover and people that abuse, mistreat, neglect or are just general
toward their pets really irk me.
