Perhaps no one else has noticed, but even in an auto with wipers and bright beams when it's raining hard the white/yellow center and side lines are difficult to see. Now add that most older people(myself included at 62)have poor night vision and you begin to see the real problem.
The best solution would be to not drive your cart at night when it's raining. The most expensive solution would be a lighted center and side lines. Next best would be raised dots like in use in California and rumble strips on the sides. Personally I opt for the most sensible of not using the cart at night when it's raining. It's not about what you want to do, but about what utilizes the most common sense.
