of the title "cheap" because they've decided on common sense over those who feel the need to correct every little problem by throwing money at a problem is a cheap uneducated shot. There are more adult solutions, but they require a bit more maturity than some can sum up....like staying off the paths in a vehicle ill equipped to travel at night in inclement weather.
