let's see..every street, except those smaller ones within neighborhoods, are striped for what? safety. but you don't directly pay for it, those are county roads. what differs you might ask? when it costs you more directly safety is suddenly unimportant. IMO only, to me it sounds like cheap, I don't ask or care about how that is viewed by others. second, predict rain in florida ? 5:30 is pretty early to call it a night, all the food and entertainment venues would probably agree. thank you for the opportunity to further explain my answer
