We were going pretty slow but still it was quite hard to see. We passed a few carts which had stopped to wait out the heavier rain.
Cannot see why the Villages could not get funding from the State of Florida or even the Federal Government to get money for paint for the modal paths??? It does not necessarily have to come from the VCDD property tax payers. We have a population of what around 110,000?
