The community opposed to stripping have also been heard. Why, when we lose the ability to do what we want to do we look to government to fix it. Then, when government tries to fix something someone else wants we complain that government is too invasive. So glad they aren't stripping. My only flexibility would be that if a CDD wants to Stripe because the majority of those living there want it then stripe it but then they pay for it and they also accept all the liabilities. Don't ask CDD11 to pay for something in CDD8. Simplistic yes, doable, probably not, acceptable to CDD8, h*** no.
