The renters we had for December through March are going home due to a family situation. They have asked us to Rent the house from Jan-March if possible, so the home is open.

The house is fully furnished in the village of Hillsborough and has TWO golf carts included. The Rent would be $3800 per month with a $750 deposit. Available to move in Jan 1. CALL DONNA AT 262-442-1117.

This is an expanded Jasmine model home with bay windows in the second bedroom, vaulted ceilings, open kitchen, and breakfast nook. It has a very nice view of the Evans Prairie Marsh from the front windows (between the homes across the street). It also has a full 2 car garage plus a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Garage (ok, so it is a Golf Cart Garage, but Harley garage sounds much cooler).

There are 3 full bedrooms(1 King bed and 2 queen beds) and 2 baths for your use, as well as a large Lanai, nice Kitchen with Breakfast nook. and an INDOOR laundry room right off the master bedroom with a sink and closet. Tile in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, and Carpet in the rest of the home.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could want (we will be staying here several weeks a year, so we need nice things).

It is on a circle, so the only traffic is local and there is very little of that. It is in a section of higher end homes that overlook the Marsh.

It is in a great location and close to everything including the Eisenhower rec center, Manatee Village Rec Center and the Hillsborough Neighborhood Pool. It is also close to 3 Country Clubs.


Rent includes taxes, all utilities, internet and cable TV, landscaping and yard care, a subscription to the Daily Sun, and 2 guest passes(for stays of a month or more)
