Default Stem Cell Therapy

My daughter had it done -- here in Ohio. She had "tennis elbow" from doing hair all day long (has a hair salon here in Ohio). Then a bone spur started growing around the tendon. She let it go until she could barely lift her arm. Went to see a surgeon and got good news -- that it could be fixed with surgery-- but with a recuperation period of 6 weeks. Another doctor (whose hair she cuts) told her to see this guy in Columbus. Bottom line, he did the stem cell therapy on her elbow -- a long needle (pretty painful from what I hear) injected directly into the site -- it was done in October too -- and it feels great. She had to take 2 weeks off work. Afterwards, she started working out with a trainer and pushed herself too hard and had a couple of days where it bothered her but as soon as she stopped pushing it so hard it went back to feeling fine. The doctor charged her $400 but told her it was because the therapy wasn't very well known and insurance wouldn't pay for it -- YET. He is hoping word gets around and that insurance will recognize it as legitimate therapy. Totally dissolved her bone spur too. I say try it -- if it doesn't work, at least you tried. I really think it's the medical technology of the future! And Good Luck and God Bless.
