I know the holiday season is hard for many who have lost and are missing loved ones, and I wanted to share a scripture that’s been a great comfort to me the last ten months.
And God shall wipe away all the tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall be there any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:4 (KJV)
I pray you and your family have a merry Christmas, and that 2016 brings health and happiness to you. As I do each holiday, I will say a special prayer for those who cannot be with their loved ones this year, especially those who are absent because of their service to our country. We’re fortunate to wake up every day in the greatest country in the world, and we owe it all to the men and women who serve.
