That is really cute, but I would really like to be able to roast a joint of any kind of meat, with roast potatoes and some roast parsnips and maybe, even, some stuffing, without the damned smoke alarm activating. There has to be a way, there just has to be a way of controlling this necessary, but evil, unit.
