I'll reiterate my point about locla passes. Perhaps when TV was at 10-20,000 it was a nice idea, but I think at the larger population numbers, the guest thing could quickly overwhelm our facilities >

Another thought, seeing as I am paying for my use of the amenities, how about the local guests pay an annual fee for their use of same. That might make me a little less grumpy
