I have not had to replace any of these yet, however, there was a previous thread on the subject, and as I recall several YouTube videos on how to do this yourself. Personally, I would be nervous about reusing the original supply line.
Your other option would be to have a plumber come out BEFORE the new refrigerator is due for delivery and have the new valve/line installed.
