Young@Heart is scheduled to be released sometime this month, so it might show up at the Villages movie theaters. The movie is a documentary about a chorus of senior citizens in Massachusetts who sing rock music. We saw the screening at Sundance this year, and I highly recommend it! It was an absolute delight! Money well spent, and I'd pay to see it again (not a scientific way to rate movies, but it's the way I rate movies..

Now as Village People, I expect your audience reaction will be somewhat different from the Sundance audience reaction. On the one hand, it is truly a delightful movie. On the other hand, we had JUST returned from our visit to the Villages, and our response was more like... "So?" Hahah.

PS: We attended the after-screening party and met the choir director/film director and "movie stars." One of the stars gave my hubby a big hug. I was so excited I turned off the camera instead of taking the picture! They should put those camera buttons farther apart! (I do have some pix of the party if anybody wants to see them)
