That is a very good point. However, we will be considering a lot of areas and we don't have the energy to read all of their deed restrictions in advance.

Right now, the only neighborhoods we plan to avoid are the ones where the roads empty into Morse Road north of 466. In the thread about the accident that occurred where San Marino intersects Morse, we read several posts written by residents who hate to ride along that part of Morse Road because there are no designated cart paths. That was enough to discourage us from living there.
