I went to the DISH on 441 across the street from Walmart in the shopping center and spoke to the rep.

I have found this to be preferable, than calling a 1-800 number. You can also visit the store if any other problems arise. I spoke with Ashlee. 352.553.4921 or 407.928.7409

I have had DISH since last April and have been satisfied with their service.

Worth not having to deal with Directv again!!!
