Bought batteries at $16.98, batteries at $17.74, Turbo Tax at $69.86.
Got instant savings of $5.00 on the batteries, and $15.00 on the Turbo Tax.
Total came to $84.58
Tax @ 7.0% was $6.98
Total to Credit Card $91.86
Whether you use the original prices ($104.58) or the total after the $20 instant savings ($84.58) the tax never comes out to $6.98.
Anyone able to figure it out?

Not me. I use Turbo Tax too. But if I was good at numbers or taxes I wouldn't need Turbo Tax.
